Read 2 Win was founded to provide free library cards to Kerr County families. Standing in the gap delivering literacy resources that were needed by over 95% of Kerr County youth. We are thankful that Kerr County & City officials ultimately forged an agreement to provide library services to all County residents. Ultimately, Read 2 Win offered 2600 residents free library cards and continues to champion the importance of Library resource utilization by youth, families and seniors.
